Diet


Följer just nu denna diet så gott jag kan, med mycket green tea, lean meat och vegetables. Känner mig mycket sundare även om jag vissa dagar skämmer bort mig själv med chailettes och hallonkardemummamuffins på Espresso House.. <3

Breakfast
Fresh fruit with a yogurt
Warm lemon ginger water
Green Tea

Lunch
Whole wheat crackers with tuna
Bag of cold vegetables
Dandelion Tea/White Tea

Dinner
Lean meat such as chicken, with a balsamic vinaigrette salad pairing
Roasted vegetables such as squash or pumpkin, steamed also good.
